Chandlers Kitchen

We were on our holiday in Perth and were looking for some brekkie to start the day, and we chanced upon this restaurant in the cooling wintery month, the restaurant was sure busy and jam packed with customers having a chat over a cuppa in their lively restaurant. We ordered whatever was recommended in the Google Review and it did not disappoint. The portion served is HUGE and after polishing off the food, we did not think about food in the evening, lol Service is brisk and cheerful. Food served takes a while due to the crowd, and we sipped our hot chocolate while we waited, maybe due to the cool weather at 12deg C and that wind blowing incessantly, my hot chocolate became iced chocolate upon the arrival of my food, lol, maybe I should have sat inside the restaurant instead. The food was so good, we came back again the next week. Food was still as good, but this time we sat inside the restaurant. Keep up the good work guys. Will visit your restaurant when we happen to visit Perth again.

We had such a great time at Chandlers Kitchen. The osso buco was rich and tender, and the barramundi wings were a real standout. We ordered everything to share, and it worked perfectly. The drinks were awesome too — a super refreshing Moscow Mule and a spot-on Tommy’s Margarita — all enjoyed with a beautiful beach view. A special mention to the Italian manager, who was incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even better. It felt like finally something different in the area, and we left really happy. Definitely worth a visit.

Highly recommend this restaurant! We went for New Year’s Eve dinner with family visiting from QLD, and despite how busy it was, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the owner constantly checked in to make sure everything was perfect. We had an amazing time — such a warm, friendly atmosphere with fantastic food and delicious cocktails. Can’t wait to come back! ⭐

Wonderful location right on the Rockingham foreshore. We had a great family lunch here, the kids loved their simple meals. My curry special was rich and flavourful, a pleasant surprise for a beach cafe. It’s lovely to sit and watch the ocean while you eat. Highly recommend stopping in for a relaxed meal.

The one about the waffle and ice cream…could this food BE any better?! Chandlers Kitchen takes first place for best brekkie in Perth. My waffles had a delicious rhubarb and pear compote, strawberries, toasted almonds, maple syrup and ice cream. My husband enjoyed the CK Breakfast which included many house made, traditional Aussie flavors. It was excellent as well. A chai latte and long black completed the palate party. Run over here with your friends.

Chandlers Kitchen is an absolute gem on the Rockingham Foreshore. My friends and I recently enjoyed a beautiful breakfast there,it was delicious, relaxing, and the perfect way to start the day. The atmosphere is always lovely, and the service is consistently friendly and welcoming. One of the things I love most is that it’s dog-friendly! As a French Bulldog breeder, I often stop by with my fur babies, and they’re always made to feel just as welcome as I am. It’s so nice to have a local café where both people and pups can enjoy the experience together. Being a family-owned local spot, Chandlers Kitchen has that extra special charm that keeps me coming back. Whether you’re after a peaceful breakfast, brunch with friends, or just a great coffee by the water—it’s a place you’ll want to return to again and again. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant on the foreshore, and it was an absolutely fantastic and relaxing experience! The food was amazing and absolutely delicious. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. A girl with blonde curly hair was particularly attentive and friendly, making excellent recommendations. The manager's kind manners also added a special touch to the evening. I highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience!

I'm writing this review full of guilt because the service was exceptional and I didn't leave a tip on the way out after a brekky. Sorry wait staff if you're reading this, I was completely distracted by my friend's conversation Great location and the CK breakfast with scrambled was good along with two cups of very good coffee. Probably 80% full but low noise levels and well spaced seating provided a nice atmosphere with a good view - highly recommended.
